When will my order arrive?
On your village's next route day. The app shows the delivery day when you place the order.
What is the delivery OTP?
A short code we send you. Tell it to the rider only when you have your items - so your order reaches the right hands.
How does cashback work?
Bigger orders earn cashback once they're delivered. It goes into your wallet and you can use it on a later order. If you stop ordering for a long time, the balance expires.
How do I become VIP?
Pay a small one-time fee in the app, or shop enough in a month and we make you VIP for free. Your whole family gets it too.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You can add items, remove items or cancel from the app until we start packing your order.
